Before you register

Class Policies

    Payment & Seat Reservation

    Full payment is required to reserve a seat.

    Class Transfers

    Students may transfer once to another available class with at least 48 hours notice.

  3. 3

    Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

    Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals who cannot be admitted are nonrefundable.

  4. 4

    Class Cancellation by Hearts of Rhythm

    If Hearts of Rhythm cancels a class, the student may receive a full refund or transfer to another date.

  5. 5

    Blended Courses

    Blended-course students must complete the online work before the in-person skills session.

  6. 6

    Arrival & Class Preparation

    Students should arrive 10 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing for hands-on practice.

  7. 7

    Private & Mobile Training

    Private and mobile bookings require a written quote and deposit. Travel, tolls, parking, or lodging may be added when applicable.
