About us
Training built around the student, not the clock
Hearts of Rhythm exists so that ordinary people leave a class genuinely ready to act.
Meet your instructor
Emily Diaz
Emily Diaz is a bilingual American Red Cross-certified instructor in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED. With 23 years of healthcare experience as a lead pharmacy technician, her classes provide clear, practical training and the confidence to respond in an emergency.
Why Hearts of Rhythm exists
Too many people finish a certification class holding a card but not the confidence to use it. Hearts of Rhythm was created to fix that. Classes stay small — a maximum of six students — so nobody watches from the back of the room. You practice, you ask questions, and you repeat the skill until it feels natural.
Students come to us as parents, coaches, caregivers, teachers, gym staff, and workplace responders. The tone is calm and welcoming, whether this is your first class or your fifth renewal.
